Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Junior VoIP Engineer
to join our technical team. The
ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of
ViciDial
, VoIP technologies, and PBX systems,
along with the ability to troubleshoot and manage VoIP infrastructure effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
● Install, configure, and maintain
ViciDial
dialer systems.
● Set up and manage
PBX systems
(Asterisk-based or similar).
● Monitor VoIP servers, call quality, and system performance.
● Troubleshoot VoIP-related issues including SIP, RTP, network latency, and call drops.
● Configure SIP trunks, extensions, call routing, IVR, and queues.
● Implement security best practices for VoIP systems.
● Provide support to internal teams for dialer and PBX-related issues.
