Role Summary:
The Junior Web Developer Analyst supports the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites to enable strategic digital initiatives, particularly website refresh and service-line page deployment across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and update service-line web pages and maintain WordPress/Drupal websites
● Support website refresh initiatives aligned with business and marketing strategies.
● Help adapt and deploy web components across brands.
● Perform basic front-end development tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS updates).
● Conduct website testing, bug fixes, and performance checks.
● Assist in analyzing website data (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide insights.
● Ensure consistency in layout, functionality, and brand guidelines.
● Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams.
