We are looking for a fast, creative, and data-aware Thumbnail Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who can design high-CTR thumbnails quickly without compromising quality. You must have a strong portfolio showing your speed-to-output ratio and examples of thumbnails that have contributed to high-view videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Design 3–5 high-quality, click-worthy thumbnails per day (fast turnaround without quality loss).
• Create A/B test variations quickly to optimize CTR.
• Follow brand style guides while keeping thumbnails fresh and trend-aware.
• Use analytics and performance data to iterate on designs.
