Junior/Senior/Assistant Manager Field Application Engineer

About the Role

Reporting to the Field Application Manager.

Responsibilities

• To be a Test & Measurement (T&M) technical expert, provides technical support to customers, and actively engage in Pre & Post Sales of Anritsu T&M solution in ASEAN and South Asia region.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Anritsu’s T&M solutions to customers.
• Install & setup test equipment in customer premises or test sites and provide training to customers.
• Follow up customers technical issues, and work with relevant parties (Sales, Service, Factory, partners) to resolve accordingly.
• Develop and customize test solutions (integration/automation).
• Participate in marketing events such as roadshow, workshop, seminars.
• Transfer knowledge and train Anritsu partners/ distributors.
