Justice & Peace Advisor

An opportunity has become available for a Justice & Peace Advisor to join Caritas Aotearoa New Zealand in Wellington. This role supports the delivery of education, advocacy and engagement initiatives that promote justice, peace and development, with a strong focus on supporting Catholic school communities and young people across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Support the delivery of education programmes, advocacy initiatives, youth engagement activities and stakeholder relationships while contributing to social justice awareness and mission-focused initiatives across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of education resources and programmes
• Supporting school engagement activities, workshops and events
• Assisting with advocacy research, submissions and campaign resources
