We are a fast-growing construction company operating in Somaliland, with expanding links to Ethiopia and Djibouti. Our project pipeline is increasing rapidly, and we are now seeking dynamic, performance-driven technical partners to collaborate with us on a non-exclusive Joint Venture (JV) basis.

We already work with Kenyan technical partners and are now onboarding alternative teams to improve efficiency, capacity, and delivery speed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A full technical design team capable of delivering complete construction documentation, including but not limited to:

Architectural

• Floor plans & site plans

• Exterior & interior 3D renders

• Sections & elevations

• Construction details

• Finishing schedule
