Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the attention of the most important and trend‑setting outlets in your area, generating the most appropriate sell strategy for each one, also educating and motivating the sell staff in order to create sustained growth of sales and awareness of our portfolio. Therefore, you will boost the performance and growth of Bacardi brands in its territory by negotiating commercial terms and building lasting relationships with customers. Your strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.
