Responsibilities

1. Perform product development process from conceptualization, preparation of documentation for submission, and market packaging of the new fund.

2. Prepare product term sheet for a new fund and other documentation for the existing funds to seek the internal management and board’s endorsements/approval.

3. Conduct market research and peer analysis to identify gaps in the product suite and emerging investment trends.

4. Prepare reporting to the board and internal stakeholders of any updates on existing products, documentation, and development.

5. Prepare any documentation for the renewal of the master prospectus/information memorandum for the current existing funds and existing lifecycle maintenance, including conducting meetings of unit holders.
