Are you passionate about the well‑being of our whānau and community? We are seeking a dedicated Kaiawhina to join our team in Uawa to provide vital mobile health and wellness services.

As a Kaiawhina, you will serve as the primary link between whānau and Primary Health Services. This is a permanent full‑time position (40 hours per week) reporting to the Practice Manager – Coast Clinics. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver mobile services across the boundaries of Potikirua Ki Te Toka A Taiau.

• Whānau Support & Advocacy: Facilitate smooth access and transitions for whānau through health services, advocating for them whenever necessary.
