Te Rito Ora is a Health NZ community-based service dedicated to supporting whaanau in the Counties Manukau area. We promote and protect breastfeeding while providing practical advice and guidance on all aspects of infant feeding. Our aim is to enable and empower women to breastfeed, improve infant nutrition, and promote healthy feeding practices for babies and toddlers, giving tamariki the best possible start in life. Our service also offers support around infant and adult nutrition, helping families make informed and healthy choices.
