Kaki Bukit - Operations Manager (Nursing Home)

Looking for experienced Operations Manager with facilities background for our new nursing home branch in Kaki Bukit (Jalan Damai) opening in 2027. You are required to start work at our existing branch (Macpherson or Hougang). The incumbent shall assist the General Manager in leading the Operations Department to ensure smooth daily operation of the nursing home. This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements as well as implementing measures to ensure that the physical integrity of the building structure, its appearance, and optimal functions meet the necessary standards. Manage and oversee the development of the nursing home in collaboration with health authorities and agencies.
