What you'll be doing

1. Identify and address any issues or problems that may arise in the restaurant facilities
2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to proactively address potential problems
3. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related concerns
4. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
5. Provide support and assistance to the restaurant team as needed
