Responsibilities Plan and coordinate service and installation assignments in the area of HVAC and refrigeration 
Optimize assignment disposition considering urgency, availability and resources 
First point of contact for customers regarding appointment scheduling and technical questions 
Qualifications Completed technical basic training in building technology, HVAC, refrigeration or comparable field 
Experience in a coordinating or dispatching role preferred 
Structured, independent, and responsible work style 
Secure handling of common office programs and ideally ERP systems
