- Design, implement, and monitor Kanban systems across production and material flow areas to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage hourly lot control, replenishment systems, and pull flow mechanisms to optimize inventory and lead time.
- Analyze production data and material flow to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure system accuracy and responsiveness.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including VSM, 5S, Kaizen, and Line Balancing, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and guide production staff on Kanban practices and visual management tools.
- Continuously review and update Kanban parameters to align with production demand and process changes.
