**Kayaking guide position at Hotel Catogården/ Reine Paddling in Reine**
Hotel Catogarden, a cozy, locally-owned retreat nestled in beautiful surroundings, is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our small team.
**Seasonal Work Periods**:
**Winter Season 2026**: January 10 - April 15
**Summer Season 2026**: May 15 - Mid/End of September

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sea kayak guiding - required
- Sea Kayaking Certification
- Strong paddling ability and physical fitness.
- Good English skills - required
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours and tasks
- working hours including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- A friendly, open, and communicative personality
- Experience in outdoor education is a plus.
