.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and operational controller for engagement and financial processes across all solutions in the Argentina delivery center. This role supports compliance, process standardization, and system integration, with a strong emphasis on enabling engagement managers and partners to effectively oversee their engagements and financials. Proficient use of the Mars Engagement Management System (EMS) is essential to guide and support the full engagement lifecycle from client acceptance through execution and closure while also providing insights and oversight on revenue and P&L data.
