客戶服務助理 Customer Services Representative/ Assistant Officer, CS

工作職責

• 為顧客提供優質的客戶熱線服務，解答電話和數碼化渠道的查詢
• 依據預先設定的工作流程，專業地完成日常工作
• 記錄並跟進客戶查詢
• 積極學習並掌握最新的產品和服務知識，為客戶提供最佳的解決方案

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customers with high-quality customer hotline services and answer inquiries through telephone and digital channels
• Complete daily work professionally according to pre-set work processes
• Record and follow up on customer inquiries
• Actively learn and master the latest product and service knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions

Requirements

工作要求

• 中五或香港中學文憑考試以上教育程度
• 良好的英語、粵語、普通話書寫和口語能力
• 具備良好客戶服務技能及溝通技巧
• 至少 1 年客戶服務熱線／呼叫中心經驗
