Position

Client Advisor – long‑term contract in China. You will join CELINE, an iconic French leather‑goods and fashion house that belongs to the LVMH Group, as a member of our Retail Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and deliver high‑quality service to customers.
• Offer solutions to maximize sales through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up transactions at the cashier counter.
• Make follow‑up calls to existing and potential customers about store events.
• Support stock taking, replenishing, and floor cleaning.
• Assist with the arrival of new merchandise and visual merchandising displays.
• Support in‑store events and enforce safety, health and security rules.

Qualifications

• College degree or above.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (retail experience preferred).
