Client Advisor (long‑term Contract / China)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers
  向顾客提供卓越优质的客户服务
• Provide solutions to customers and maximize sales by cross‑selling and up‑selling
  为顾客提供解决方案，并最大限度提高与之相关的连带销售
• Handle customer enquiries
  积极回应顾客的问询
• Follow up the transaction at cashier counter
  跟进店铺收银事宜
• Make follow‑up calls to existing and potential customers on store events
  及时将店铺活动等信息告知现有和潜在顾客
• Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor
  协助完成店铺库存盘点、补货及店内营业区域清洁
• Provide support in merchandising arrivals
  协助新到货品的收存工作
