Keeper’s Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $27.00 ~ $34.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: Highway 11 South & 44, Davidson, SK S0G 1A0
• 5.77% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Plan, manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
• Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
• Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Resolve customer’s complaints and concerns
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices
• Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
