Keeta-Api Product Operations

Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end API integration process for food delivery service providers and major restaurant partners (both local in Brazil and global). Handle onboarding, inquiries, technical support, and ticket resolution related to API integration. Understand the operational needs and business scenarios of international restaurant chains (especially those operating in LATAM), identify pain points, and collect requirements related to API functionality and data exchange. Develop implementation strategies for integration solutions, working closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure project success (e.G.Order push, status sync, menu management).
