About the role
Location: Wangsa Melawati
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Status: Immediate Hiring
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company documents, files, and records
- Prepare basic reports and update data
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Assist in daily office operations
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Male / Female
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to start work immediately
- Administrative experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
