JOB SUMMARY
The Modern Trade Key Account Assistant Manager is responsible for driving the sales and growth through partnerships with MT retailers. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Category Execution & Growth
Achieve sales targets and KPI metrics for assigned accounts
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Implement account-specific sales plans
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and delivery of mutual objectives.
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
Understand retailer needs and develop tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities
