Key Account Controller

We are seeking a Key Account Controller / Operations Executive to manage end-to-end sea freight operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, with hands-on experience handling both import and export shipments while working closely with customers, shipping lines, and booking agents to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end import and export sea freight operations.
• Coordinate directly with customers, shipping lines, and booking agents to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Handle shipment documentation, bookings, and operational follow-ups.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal processes.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain service quality standards.
