Key Account Executive

General Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage the portfolio of key clients.
- Report to the Commercial Manager on activities through prospecting lists of qualified potential clients and sales results.
- Propose strategies for approaching main accounts and Chinese-origin prospects, as well as renewing sales proposals for clients.
- Continuously monitor active and inactive clients for several months through personal visits, telephone, and electronic communication.Specific Responsibilities:- Address and resolve key customer opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
- Monitor assigned accounts.
- Communicate and collaborate with purchasing, costing, advertising, quality marketing, and logistics departments to ensure key customer needs are met.
