Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key retail accounts as the main point of contact.
- Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Oversee account performance, focusing on revenue, distribution, and execution quality.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders, proactively addressing delivery and stock issues.
