Key Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve an increase in total portfolio GTV and a boost in average revenue per account via targeted upsells and cross-selling.
• Lead the 30/60/90-day merchant stabilization process and ensure 100% compliance with onboarding handover checklists.
• Execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly check-ins for Tier A accounts to discuss performance and growth opportunities.
• Maintain 90% accuracy in monthly GTV forecasts and utilize merchant health-scoring models to prioritize account actions.
• Eliminate revenue leakage by auditing merchant health and its corresponding factors.
• Work with departments like tech, finance, and ops to solve merchant problems and suggest process improvements.
• Monitor client communication across all channels to ensure efficient resolution while hosting meetings to keep merchants engaged.
