Job Description

  • Plan, manage, grow & develop business opportunities with key accounts (Modern Trade key customers) assigned.
  • To develop collaborative trading partnership with key customers with constant strategic business planning to drive category sales and to gain market shares.
  • Monitor and review sales performance & marketing effectiveness.
  • Plan, executes and coordinates promotions with inter department teams to ensure timely & flawless execution.
  • Responsible on Trading Terms negotiations with the retailer on yearly basis.
  • To develop and execute Joint-Business Plans via Trade Marketing Campaigns with retailers on the objectives in driving sales performances & maximizing brand awareness.
  • Actively engage in meetings with customers and proactively look at best solution for the business.
  • Accountable for effectively managing collections and disputes.
