Job Description
- Plan, manage, grow & develop business opportunities with key accounts (Modern Trade key customers) assigned.
- To develop collaborative trading partnership with key customers with constant strategic business planning to drive category sales and to gain market shares.
- Monitor and review sales performance & marketing effectiveness.
- Plan, executes and coordinates promotions with inter department teams to ensure timely & flawless execution.
- Responsible on Trading Terms negotiations with the retailer on yearly basis.
- To develop and execute Joint-Business Plans via Trade Marketing Campaigns with retailers on the objectives in driving sales performances & maximizing brand awareness.
- Actively engage in meetings with customers and proactively look at best solution for the business.
- Accountable for effectively managing collections and disputes.
