Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key customers across modern and traditional trade, acting as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
• Drive sales growth across online and offline channels by executing effective strategies, achieving targets, and expanding Principals' brands with key accounts such as NTUC, Sheng Siong, and DFI.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, volume plans, and joint business plans, including promotional calendars, while ensuring optimal stock availability. Plan, negotiate, and execute promotional activities, optimizing trade spend and maximizing return on investment in line with agreed budgets.
