You will ensure customers achieve their goals with tailored onboarding and ongoing support. Your dedication to improving client experiences will be crucial in implementing retention strategies and upselling to ensure 110% Net Revenue Retention. Collaborate across departments to enhance the value of lemlist to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process
• Strengthen client relationships to foster loyalty
• Analyze customer health metrics to prevent churn
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service
