Key Objectives To abide by the MASA DNA values which is the formula for success To consistently retain, grow and generate new labour outsourcing business in order to meet sales targets and budgets Increase market share of the Company Key Responsibilities Tele sales, canvassing and cold calling with the objective of providing either permanent staff or outsourcing solutions to clients. Distribution of company information to create awareness of company services. Regular client visits (new and existing) to develop strong client relationships and understand clients staffing requirements. Conduct labour evaluations and compile report of findings for presentation to clients. Create and conduct notebook presentations Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
