Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead new business development initiatives and grow strategic key accounts within the semiconductor, medical device, and precision manufacturing sectors.
• Develop and execute effective account strategies to achieve revenue growth and foster long-term customer partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across procurement, engineering, operations, and management levels.
• Lead commercial engagements, including quotation preparation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while managing sales pipelines and providing accurate forecasting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure technical feasibility, delivery commitments, and service excellence.
