Key Account Manager Crew Lead - Spain

We are building a global leading prevention insurance company and need a Key Account Management team to help our key accounts grow. The role involves leading a crew of account managers to support and expand our portfolio of clients across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

Role

• Support the team to:
  • Handle a portfolio of companies
  • Ensure client loyalty : build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, anticipate signals of dissatisfaction, and implement solutions.
  • Build customer engagement : ensure successful onboarding of new accounts, present consumption reports through business reviews, promote Alan’s health positioning, and execute out‑of‑the‑box engagement initiatives.
  • Cross‑sell / upsell based on customer needs and pain points.
  • Renegotiate contracts to deliver value for customers while maintaining profitability.
