Key Account Manager - Dairy, APAC

About the role

This role is a key leadership appointment with the responsibility to manage and important commercial segment of the business. The role will require the incumbent to managing a diverse set of strategically key customers of Diversey – a Solenis company and work with teams spread across the Asia Pacific countries. The role is part of Diversey’s F&B business division.

The key responsibilities for the role entail

• Implement global and regional account strategy
• Deliver the growth plan for the Sector
• Grow market share of Diversey within the key accounts of the Sector
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through net promoter scorecard. Lead and motivate the country sales team to reach and exceed customer expectations
• Identify customer need and deliver value through Diversey’s product/service portfolio
