Are you an experienced Key Account Manager looking to join a dynamic and growing company? DKC GROUP INC' is seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur . This full-time role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts
• Develop and execute account plans to drive sales, revenue and profitability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing an exceptional level of service
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell additional products and services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations and customer service teams
• Prepare and deliver periodic sales reports and presentations
