This exciting role provides you with the opportunity to manage Loma’s key customer accounts. Your objective will be to create a win-win customer relationship, where Loma is viewed as a trusted advisor, and the relationships mutually supports Loma’s and the customers long term profitability and success.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and long term profitability targets. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure mutual satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
+ Understand customer needs, challenges, and long term business goals to help influence Loma’s innovation activities and ongoing continuous improvement focus.
+ Analyse client data to identify trends, areas of improvement, problem machines or solutions and potential risks. Use insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance overall account management strategies.
