Job Description
**Key Account Manager Jr****Your task and Responsabilities**:- Development, with the support of the Channel Manager, and execution of Annual business plan of their clients to achieve objectives.
- Development, with Trade Marketing and the Channel Manager the business annual plan of their clients planning activities to support the reach of objectives.
- Coordinate and Support the Operations Field Force manager and their team to assure the correct communication and execution of plan developed.
- Develop innovative sales proposals in order to consolidate the Leadership of Bayer at their clients.
- To coordinate, prepare and execute, at least trimestral Director level meeting between Bayer & main clients.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and a good quality of credit & collections KPIs in his /her clients.
