Role Description
The Key Account Manager (KAM) México & Canadá is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic key accounts in Mexico and Canada, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. The KAM develops and executes account plans, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures that client needs are understood, documented, and addressed in a timely manner. Daily activities include conducting account reviews, preparing forecasts and performance reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, and monitoring market trends impacting assigned accounts. The KAM will also support contract negotiations, oversee pricing and proposals, and maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems to support data-driven decisions.
