Job Description
Empire Manufacturing Sdn Bhd – Kapar, Selangor
Manage and grow assigned key accounts to consistently achieve sales, margin, and business growth targets
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key customers, buyers, and decision-makers
Develop and execute strategic account plans and joint business plans to drive mutual growth
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, terms, and contracts
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities such as new product listings, range expansion, and in-store promotions
Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent execution
Track sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to support data-driven decisions
Prepare sales reports, conduct regular business reviews, and provide actionable insights
