is responsible for expanding Flora Food Group presence across the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café/Caterers) channel. This role focuses on driving conversions through active field sales, building and maintaining strong operator relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, market awareness, and the ability to execute sales strategies that support both short-term revenue and long-term growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Acquire new HORECA operators and expand the customer base
• Drive sales conversions through product demos & presentations
• Manage and support operators within your assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with chefs, owners & distributors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
