Lyreco Group is seeking a Key Account Manager to operate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prospect potential customers using direct methods such as calling and face‑to‑face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
• Fully responsible for the prospect tendering process and to follow any group guideline in accordance with customer contract signing.
• Oversee implementation of prospects and new wins customer portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction is established.
• Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
• Consistently achieve targets agreed with the Management.
• Establish good professional relationships with customers, and drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales.
• Draft and deliver proposals according to Lyreco standard in a timely manner.
