Job Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires deep understanding of customer needs, the ability to clearly communicate the value that Pacific Magalang brings, and strong internal coordination to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively. The Key Account Manager serves as the primary link between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment, value delivery, and customer satisfaction.
