Job Description:
Conceptualize, develop and implement Customer Strategic Plan to achieve company objectives. This includes:
• Achieve annual sales target & improve category sales growth.
• Analyze customers' performance & work with Head of MT to develop strategy plans.
• Implement sales plans and marketing initiatives.
• Enhance customer engagement via regular business review.
