Job Description

                    Job Requirements  Mandatory possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a highly related commercial discipline from a recognized university. 
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of highly verifiable experience in B2B Modern Trade sales, specifically managing major hypermarket accounts within the UAE FMCG sector. 
Strict requirement for advanced analytical skills; must possess deep expertise in interpreting Nielsen/Kantar market data to drive category growth and defend market share. 
 Responsibilities  Actively manage and negotiate comprehensive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top-tier UAE retailers, aggressively securing premium shelf space and promotional visibility. 
Conduct rigorous commercial analysis to optimize Trade Spend budgets, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI) for all in-store marketing and product launch campaigns.
