Position Overview:
This position exists to develop and manage high-value customers for lubricant sales; Achieves sales targets/servicing premium customers; Develops strong, long-lasting relations for recurring business.
Location: Multan, Punjab, Pakistan
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Sales/Marketing
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of B2B industrial sales experience in the Lubricants Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Engages in the sales and Marketing of Shell Lubricants to achieve sales targets
Handles customers and their transition from the direct to the indirect channel;
Forecasts and manages customers' expectations
Responsible for achieving sales targets and develop pipeline of future prospects
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
