Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving the commercial success of the company’s prescription drug portfolio by managing and growing relationships with key healthcare providers, hospital systems, pharmacy chains, and other critical stakeholders. The KAM will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales Execution
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory or accounts.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, pharmacists, hospital procurement teams, and administrators.
