Key Account Manager

We're looking for a Key Account Manager who can provide a stellar client service experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and be a consultant for the digital world. In this role, you are required to be a strategic thinker & planner, an enthusiastic collaborator and accountable to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns/projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide consultation to clients regularly regarding digital marketing & social media management (Understanding of digital eco-system is a must.)
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and reasonable compliance of promised deliverables to clients.
Take the lead on ad-hoc initiatives or campaign-based projects as and when required, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards.
Conduct periodic client satisfaction check-ins and manage post-campaign surveys to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
