Key Account Manager – Pharmacy

Job Purpose:
The Key Account Manager (Pharmacy) drives the growth of Sun Pharma's products in Malaysia by managing and strengthening relationships with retail pharmacies and pharmacy chains, ensuring product availability, and enhancing brand presence in the retail pharmacy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail pharmacy accounts, including chains and independent stores.
Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Sun Pharma's OTC and prescription products.
Ensure optimal product placement and visibility within pharmacy outlets.
Provide product training and support to pharmacy staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
