Lead the relationship with the account, being the voice of the customer within the organization, to deliver added value through category development, brand experience and a customer‑centric approach in a sustainable and profitable manner.

• Responsible for the O+O commercial strategy of key accounts with the objective of maximizing P&L, management and sales in a profitable and sustainable way.
