Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive the growth of Aqara Smart Home and Smart Building solutions across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT, Smart Home, or telecom enterprise sales, with proven experience managing key accounts such as telcos, developers, system integrators, and government entities. This role will focus on account development, solution selling, and ecosystem partnerships, supporting JSTs strategic expansion in the Middle East. Key Responsibilities 1. Account Management & Business Development Manage and grow relationships with key accounts including telcos , real estate developers, hospitality groups, and system integrators Identify new business opportunities for Aqara Smart Home / Smart Office solutions Develop account plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets Act as the main point of contact for assigned strategic clients 2.
